数字时代背景下基层金融消费者权益保护问题探析——基于宁夏固原市3家银行业金融机构的调查与思考

数字时代,随着网络技术、智能手机的普及应用,以及我国金融市场改革发展不断深化,金融产品与服务日趋丰富,金融与科技的深度融合给消费者带来便利的同时,也对金融消费者权益保护工作带来了新挑战。本文立足于宁夏固原市银行业金融机构金融消费者权益保护现状,结合《中国人民银行金融消费者权益保护实施办法》,探析数字时代背景下基层金融消费者权益保护问题,并提出相关政策建议。

Analysis on the Protection of Basic Financial Consumers1 Rights and Interests in the Background of Digital Times--Based on the Investigation and Thinking of Three Banking Financial Institutions in Guyuan City,Ningxia

Since the founding of New China 70 years ago,China's poverty alleviation and development have been divided into two periods.The first period was before the reform and opening up,and the rural areas were generally poor.The poverty alleviation method was mainly based on land reform and material assistance.There was no such thing as financial poverty alleviation,concept.The second period was after the refonn and opening up,the state began to implement poverty alleviation and development plans on a large scale,and the financial poverty alleviation policy began to sprout and gradually improved,providing important support for the comprehensive implementation of poverty alleviation and development strategies.Based on the financial pro-poor policy promulgation year,the financial poverty alleviation policy application scope,the financial poverty alleviation policy tool and the financial poverty alleviation policy implementation effectiveness,this paper uses textual econometric analysis to sort out and analyze China's financial poverty alleviation policy from 1986 to 2019.On this basis,some policy recommendations are proposed for the future orientation of financial poverty alleviation policies.
