| Abstract: | The analysis of quality loss is one of the most important components in quality cost management. Its purpose is to support quality improvement policy. Therefore, the enterprises should analyze quality loss from many aspects such as the constitution of quality loss programs, the total sum of quality loss, the comparison between quality loss and other economic indexes and the difference between the planned control target of quality loss and actual performance in order to provide the policy with more objective, scientific and practical hasis. |
