| 摘 要： | 兰炼中小学总校的教学质量能否在移交后持续提高,波及面大,关注度高,须着力做好。文章认为,作为质量的载体兰炼中小学总校,应积极探索,研究影响教学质量的内外因素,尽量发挥已有管理优势,主动适应地方政府的管理。作为管理主体的地方政府,应求同存异,促成企业办学优势的发挥,以此为契机发展兰州的基础教育。
