The innovative fusion of culture and technology lies in three aspects：firstly,the technical progress improves the ability of public culture service and promotes the development of cultural industry.Secondly,cultural and creative ideas develop the technologies via open-source and cooperative platform,accelerate the process of technical innovation,promote technical service and industrial transition.At last,the fusion of culture and technology can also produce new business formats.In this context,Shanghai should combine the advantages of innovative fusion of culture and technology and its weakness,arrange fully Shanghai’s cultural and technical industries,to realize the breakthroughs in key areas and help the different industries in Shanghai keeping innovative and variable with environment ,by means of development and integration,promoting key technical applications,innovative services and business models etc.
