| 摘 要： | 市场经济在促进高等教育发展的同时也对教育者自身产生一些负面影响———少数高校思想政治教育工作者出现人格魅力缺失现象。为了更好地实施素质教育,做好新时期的高校思想政治教育工作,思想政治教育工作者必须注重塑造和提升自己的人格魅力。
