摘    要:冗余资源对企业的价值评判,不应该只停留在公司的绩效的水平上,对企业的风险控制也同样值得我们去研究。本文以公司业绩波动性为因变量,考察董事会结构、冗余资源对公司业绩波动的影响,拟通过对上市公司的数据进行实证研究,表明:冗余资源存量能够降低企业的业绩波动性;董事会规模、独立性以及CEO权力可以调节冗余资源与业绩波动之间的相关关系。本文从企业风险控制角度探讨了冗余资源对业绩波动的作用,为研究冗余资源的问题提供了新的途径。

Abstract:Organizational slack evaluation of enterprise,should not only stay in the company's performance,the enterprise risk control is also worth to research.This text put the performance variability as the dependent variable,a visit to the board of directors structure organizational slack of the company's performance fluctuations,proposed by the listed company,the release of data as a sample for empirical research,showed that organizational slack can reduce the performance variability;The size of the board and CEO power can adjust the independence of the redundant resources and performance fluctuation relationship between this from the enterprise risk control,this paper has discussed the function of organizational slack form the side of risk control,provides new approaches toward the organizational slack.
