| 摘 要： | 对我国沪深A股煤炭业上市公司2009年度半年报的数据进行研究发现,在我国当前的资本市场环境下,股权集中型的煤炭业公司比股权分散型的公司更有利于公司绩效的提高,公司的净资产增长率与企业绩效呈正向关系。
