海峡两岸食品安全管理与标准比较分析研究

摘    要:对两岸在食品安全管理、认证、法规、标准以及贸易中可能传播的动物疫病风险等方面进行了研究。通过比较、分析,指出了相互之间的异同,并对今后的食品安全管理和食品贸易提出了建议。

Abstract:The food safety management,certifying,regulations,standards and animal diseases in the trade between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits are studied.Through comparing and analysing them the similarities and differences are indicated,and the reference for food safety management and food trade are provided.
