| 摘 要： | 阐述了新型电动工具堵转力矩试验台的研制过程,攻克了静态堵转力矩传统试验不安全、欠准确的难点,解决了开关堵转试验过程中时间要求准确、试验种类多、安装难的问题。本试验台可应用于电动工具堵转试验,具有测试电钻、冲击电钻、电锤等产品的静态堵转力矩的功能,基本满足了电动工具开关堵转试验的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates on the process of development of a new stall torque tester of electrical tools,which overcome the difficulties of insecurity and low accuracy grade in the course of traditional tests of static stall torque and solve the problems of accurate testing time,different kinds of tests,and difficult installation during the stall test of switches.This tester is applied to stall testing of electrical tools,carrying out not only the tests of static stall torque of electric drill,impact drill,and electric hammer but also stall tests of different switches of electrical tools. |
