酒店品牌经营战略体系的构建研究

摘    要:广西酒店业经过十多年的迅猛发展。在国内外市场竞争中占据了一定的优势。然而,随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立,竞争将作为广西酒店生存和发展的主体环境愈演愈烈。广西酒店业要在这种竞争格局中找到出路,品牌经营战略体系的构建势在必行。文章阐述了通过酒店品牌创建、品牌实施传播和品牌长线管理3个阶段的共同作用,创建一个完整的广西酒店品牌经营战略体系。

Abstract:After the break-neck dash for growth over the past more than one decade, hotel industry in Guangxi has grown strength and become more competitive in the domestic and international markets. However, the competition will be more and more drastic with the establishment of China-ASEAN free trade zone. Hotels in Guangxi must establish a strategic system for hotel brand marketing to find a way out. The article explains to establish a complete strategic system for hotel brand marketing by synergy between and among hotel brand building, outreach campaign and long term brand management.
