游轮度假者感知价值的影响因素研究

摘    要:对于游轮度假这种将旅行与游览体验结合在一起的旅游活动,研究游轮服务感知价值的影响因素,显得尤为重要。在游轮度假感知价值评价模型中,多种因素会影响到度假者的满意程度,更具影响力的却是那些与度假者个体相关的情感因素。其中新奇、享乐和控制这三个情感因素在度假者游轮体验的价值感知中起着决定性作用,而满意度是情感因素与感知价值间的中间因素,起调整作用。

Abstract:For cruise vacation which combines travel and tour experience,it is particularly important to research the antecedents of perceived value of cruise service.In the evaluation model of perceived cruise vacation value a number of factors will affect satisfaction of the vacationers.However,affective factors related to vacationers are more influential.Novelty,hedonics and control are important determinants of the perceived value of cruise vacationers,and satisfaction as a mediator accounted for the relationship between affective antecedents and perceived value.
