| 摘 要： | 国家理论是新制度经济学理论的重要组成部分。作为一个完整体系，国家理论具有丰富的内涵。本主要从国家理论中有关国家与制度变迁的相关性的角度，对国家的基本特征、国家实施制度变迁的动机，以及国家在制度变迁中的作用问题做了分析，并说明了国家制度变迁理论对我国的启示。
