我国土地冲突的分类方案探讨

土地冲突分类是土地冲突研究的重要内容之一,也是制定土地冲突管理方案、实施土地冲突管理的重要基础性工作。文章根据国外有关土地冲突分类的思路,提出我国土地冲突分类的初步方案,以期推动我国的土地冲突研究,并为我国的土地冲突管理实践提供理论指导。

DISCUSSION ON CLASSIFICATION SCHEME OF LAND CONFLICT IN CHINA

Land conflict classification is one of the important contents in studies on land conflict,and is also an important foundation work for developing scheme of managing land conflict and implementing management of land conflict.This paper puts forward an initial scheme for classification of land conflict in China,according to the thought of foreign countries’ classification about land conflict,so as to promote the research on land conflict in China and provide theoretical guidance for the practice of land conflict management in China.
