矿山公园建设现状与发展建议

我国许多矿山或矿业城市面临严重的环境破坏和资源枯竭问题。解决问题的根本出路是贯彻科学发展观,走绿色矿业道路;矿山公园是这一思想的最佳体现。矿山公园的突出特点是,变被动的恢复型环境治理为主动的发展型环境保护与开发,对矿山或矿业城市的资源环境建设以及经济结构调整具有多重意义。国内外矿山公园建设刚刚起步,应在政策、技术等方面给予支持,促进矿山公园的发展。

Present Construction Situation of Mining Park and the Suggestion of Its Development

Many mines or mining city in China are faced with many problems,such as severe environment pressure and exhausting resources etc.The basic solution is to implement scientific outlook on development and green mine conception,and the Mining Park is the best demonstration of this idea.The remarkable characteristics of the mining park are to change the passive environment rehabilitation to positive environment protection and development.It will play important roles in regard to environment construction and economic structure adjustment of mine or mining city.Domestic and overseas mining park construction is on the initial stages,it should be supported by governments in the aspects of favorable policies and advanced technique etc.in order to promote development of mining park.
