| 摘 要： | 国际金融中心建设要求境内和境外的市场规模相匹配。因为没有非居民持有相当规模的人民币和其衍生品,并将其与上海国际金融中心相匹配,那就不能构成资本市场循环。实际上多重匹配才能形成市场规模,这包括了政府支持政策与市场力量相匹配;金融市场自身结构与服务产业结构调整相匹配,尤其是国际航运中心需要具有规模的金融支持。各种要素相匹配能加速市场规模扩大,这有利于中国竞争力提升,获得国际市场的定价权。
