论高峰期旅行社应对能力培养的重要环节

摘    要:受旅游产业季节性特征明显的影响.旅游高峰期的出现成为必然.而“高峰期旅行社应对能力培养”与“旅游危机管理”相比既有着相同之处,但也有明显不同的工作侧重点。结合实践.对于运行正常的旅行社而言,高峰期旅行社应着重从4个最为重要的环节上系统培养自身的应对能力.这不仅是当前我国旅行社标准化建设的重要内容,也是旅行社在激烈的市场竞争中构建自身核心竞争力的重要组成部分。

Abstract:Affected by the seasonal feature of the tourist industries, the peak period in tourism is inevitable. For an regularly working travel service,it should develop the capability of dealing with the emergency. Faced with today's intensive competition of tourism.this demand is not only the important task of constructing a standardized travel service but also the key part of developing the core competence of travel service.
