探究式教学——高职院校职业道德教育的主要模式

摘    要:探究式教学是教师根据课堂教学的实际需要,由学生自主探索、自主分析、自主建构获取知识,灵活应用于具体教学中的一种教学方法。通过分析探究式教学模式所坚持的三个原则,提出高职院校职业道德教育要努力做好"四个构建",即构建恰当的教学角色、良好的合作模式、合理的考核体系、科学的评价机制。

Abstract:Inquiry teaching is a teaching method based on teacher's needs in classroom teaching, and it requires students to explore, analyze and construct the knowledge independently. The paper makes a research on the inquiring teaching mode by adhering to three principles, proposes that professional ethics education should achieve four construc- tions in vocational colleges, which is the construction of appropriate teaching role, the good cooperation pattern, reasona- ble appraisal system and scientific evaluation mechanism.
