| 摘 要： | 发展中国家推行金融深化发展战略有其必然性，但经济发展的实践表明，金融深化理论也有着不可克服的逆效应。中国的金融深化之路应该是既符合国际金融深化的发展要求与规律，又符合中国经济与金融的实际国情。为此，要研究金融国际化条件下中国金融改革的方向，走有中国特色的金融深化之路。

| Abstract: | It of necessity for developing countries to launch the financial strategy of deepening development. However, the practice of economic development shows that the financial theory of deepening development has adverse affects not to be overcome. The financial deepening reform in China, with the consideration of the reality of China, suits the worldwide financial deepening development request and rules. We must formulate scientific financial strategy of deepening development under the new international circumstances and carry out financial deepening development with Chinese characteristics. |
