| 摘 要： | 研究烟气脱硫泵使用寿命的影响因素,并利用灰色理论分析了影响因素(如介质比重Sm,温度t,pH值,材料硬度HRC,泵流量Q,扬程H,转速n和叶轮直径D2等),对烟气脱硫泵寿命L的综合影响,通过大量计算得到了这些因素的综合影响排序。

| Abstract: | Researching influences of some factors on service life of flue gas desulphurization pump(FGDP)should be emphasized on synthetic influence.The synthetic influence of some factors on service life of FGDP was analysed by using grey theory,the influence ordreing of these factors was also obtained after a lot of calculation.The calculating result showes that pump rotational speed effects on the service life largest of these factors,capacity effects smallest and medium specific gravity,material hardness,temperatu... |
