| 摘 要： | 随着期权理论的深入研究及应用，许多传统财务中的难题得以解决。通过介绍了期权的定义及特征，解释期权理论观及期权理财思路，再以期权视角分析企业在筹资、投资、激励、担保等方面的理财问题。企业只有在充分考虑了期权价值后所做的决策才会更加合理有效。
