| 摘 要： | 中国经济法现象产生于20世纪七十年代末八十年代初。适应经济改革和经济发展的要求，中国经济法在其规范演进的过程中，自身的价值追求也在发生着相应的变化。这一变化过程也是中国经济法由不发达走向成熟的过程。
