| 摘 要： | 逆向物流可以降低资源消耗、减少环境污染、增强企业竞争能力、满足社会法律道德的要求。在我国节能减排的形势下更应重视发展逆向物流,从逆向物流的法律法规建设、新逆向物流技术的采用、第三方物流企业参与逆向物流开发和供应链角度,开展正向物流与逆向物流的结合,推进逆向物流的发展。
