| 摘 要： | 知识资本是知识经济时代企业发展的核心,既能为企业创造财富,又会给企业带来风险,具有双重性特征。本文从优化知识资本管理环境、建立知识资本风险防范机制、实行知识资本风险对策组合等方面提出防范措施,弥补知识资本风险管理的缺陷,从而为企业加强知识资本管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Knowledge capital is the core of the enterprise development during knowledge economy period.Knowledge capital has double characteristic which can bring enterprise fortune and also risk..From respects of optimization of knowledge capital management environment,construction of guarding mechanism of knowledge capital risk,and practice of risk countermeasures combination,this paper puts forward some guarding measures to offset the limitation of risk management of knowledge capital,in order to provide references for the enhancement of knowledge capital management. |
