| 摘 要： | 建立企业年金制度，是我国社会基本养老保险普及后的又一项重要的社会保障建设工作。但就目前情况而言，我国已构建年金计划的企业数量与总量相比依然十分微不足道，企业年金制度基本还未在其中实现普及。以介绍我国中小企业发展现实状况入手，进一步讨论有关推广年金制度进程中的阻碍因素，并借鉴学习国际经验，得到有关发展我国中小企业年金计划的启示。

| Abstract: | The enterprise annuity system is an important social welfare project after basic pension insurance.Although this project started several years ago,it is still insignificant in meeting social as well as people's needs.With small-and medium-sized enterprises in China,further discussions concerning promoting the pension system is necessary. |
