| 摘 要： | 住房抵押贷款证券化（Mortgage-backed Securitization，简称MBS）的推行有许多现实意义。然而，目前我国MBS的进一步发展还存在一系列问题，文中就这些问题给出相应的建议，以促进我国住房抵押贷款证券化的进一步发展。
