建设生态文明与防沙治沙工作的思考

论述生态文明是人类对传统文明形态特别是工业文明进行深刻反思的成果,它强调走出极端人类中心主义的价值观,从文明重建的高度重新确立人与自然的关系,"人类只有解放自然才能最后解放自己,才能达到人与自然的和谐。建设生态文明是时代的要求,是中国特色社会主义的重要内容,是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求。提出以人为本是科学发展观的核心,生态建设和生态文化建设是建设生态文明的基本途径。防沙治沙是建设生态文明的重要任务,要以新的发展观、文明观来指导防沙治沙工作。

Thinking of Constructiong Conservation Culture and the Combat of Preventing and Controling Desertification

Conservation culture is the consequence after downright considering traditional culture, specially industry culture, it emphasis being out of extreme human centralism, but re-confirm relation between human being and nature from angel of reconstruction of civilization. "Human being can only liberate himself at last by liberate the nature", and achieve the objective of harmonization between human being and the nature. Construction of conservation culture is the request of the time, the significant contents of socialism with Chinese characteristics, a necessary demand of applying the Scientific Outlook on development. Putting people first is the core of the scientific outlook on development, ecology building and construction of ecological culture are basic approaches for constructing conservation culture. Combating desertification is main task for construction of conservation culture, thereby need be instructed by brand new outlooks on development and civilization.
