论人力资本与劳动力的共同性和差异性

摘    要:本文界定了人力资本与劳动力的基本内涵,认为人力资本的资本属性与劳动力的劳动属性是人力资本与劳动力本质差别。在此基础上,分析了人力资本与劳动力在产权主体、投资生成、使用状态、价值实现、监督激励、产权残缺与时效再生等方面的共同性,以及在内在本质、人员数量、科层使用、边际贡献、主体需要、管理方法、利益分配与风险抵押等方面的差异性。

Abstract:In this paper, the essences of human capital and labor force were elucidated. The difference between human capital and labor force exists in the capital attribute of human capital and the labor attribute of labor force. The commonness of human capital and labor force on the aspects of property owner, investment formation, status of use. realization of value, supervision and incentives, deformity of property right, timeliness and regeneration was analyzed, and the differentiation of them on the aspects of intrinsic characteristic, number of members, control of bureaucracy, marginal contribution need of property owner, management ways, assignment of returns and mortagage of risk was distinguished.
