汽车消费增长与中国石油安全问题

近10年来中国汽车销售量及保有量不断增长,2009年分别达到1364万辆和7619万辆。汽车消费量的快速增长,加重了人们对中国石油安全的担忧。2009年以来,中国石油对外依存度已超过50%。为了有效控制汽车用油,文章从提高汽车节油水平、发展新能源汽车以及制定引导汽车用油的政策等三个方面提出了应对策略。

Growth of Automobiles Consumption and Safety of Petroleum in China

In the last ten years,more and more automobiles had been sold in China and the possession of automobiles had been growing rapidly.In 2009,1.364 million automobiles were sold,and there are 76.19 million automobiles in China.With the rapid growing of automobiles,more and more attentions have been paid to China＇s petroleum security.Since 2008,more than 50 percent of petroleum consumption depends on import.In order to control the petroleum consumption of automobiles,this paper puts forwards three suggestions： improving the petroleum saving technique of automobiles,developing new energy automobiles and making policies to control automobiles＇ oil consumption.
