| 摘 要： | 代工企业一直是我国经济发展的重要组成部分,对我国的出口和社会就业做出了巨大贡献,但我国的代工企业一直以来被限制在国际生产价值链的最底端,并且面临着可持续发展的危机。因此我国代工企业如何突破困境,转型升级,是一个值得研究的问题。本文基于我国代工企业的生产模式分析,在分析代工企业转型升级影响因素的基础上,提出了相应的策略。
