| Abstract: | In the background of economic globalization, the competition of the domestic petrochemical industry is more fierce. Enterprise culture construction for enterprise＇s steady and continuous development becomes increasingly important. At the end of 09, Sinopec promulgated the China petrochemical group company culture program. The author is trying to analyze procedure of enterprise culture construction based on the principle of enterprise culture construction and combined with the actual situation of the unit. |
