摘    要:职业经理人制度是美国企业普遍采用的一种管理制度,但在引入我国企业后,却出现种种的不适应现象。文章通过对中、美两国职业经理人产生的背景、治理结构及法律环境、市场环境及文化诚信方面进行比较分析,提出通过建设我国职业经理人生存的组织与法制环境、经济环境、完善的市场环境及优良的文化环境来促进我国职业经理人队伍的成长壮大。

Abstract:The system of professional management and professional managers is a kind of management practice widely adopted in American enterprises, but after its introduction to China, all sorts of incompatibility phenomena appear . This article carried a comparative analysis on background of professional managers, corporate governance structure, legal and market environment, and social cultural environment between China and the U. S. A. , proposing a way of promoting the growth and development of professional managers in China through the construction of improved organizational, legal, economic, and cultural environment better for the survival of Chinese professional managers.
