| 摘 要： | 家庭旅馆是旅游住宿业在特殊的时期供不应求的产物，是经济型酒店的一种。以桂林阳朔县家庭旅馆为例，采用实地考察、问卷调查、个别访谈等方法了解阳朔家庭旅馆业的发展概况，并着重分析了家庭旅馆住客的旅游特征，在此基础上对如何经营管理家庭旅馆提出一些见解。

| Abstract: | Family inn,one kind of economic hotels,is a product of the conflict between accommodation supply and demand.This thesis is based on a case survey,which is to analyse the status quo and guests' characteristics of family inn industry in Yangshuo county by spot investigation,questionnaire investigating and interview.Some suggestions are offered on how to manage family inns. |
