| 摘 要： | 通过对高职院校教学质量评价机制的不足分析,按照全面质量管理的"三全一多样"的特征研究提出建立以提高学生能力为本位、由多主体参与的教学评价机制,并阐述了教学质量得以稳步提升需要靠保障体系的支持与调节。重点介绍了通过蚁群算法确定教师教学质量评价各项指标的最优权重,从而建立了有效的教学评价模型。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the defects of the present teaching evaluation mechanism in vocational colleges,and according to the characteristics of TQM(Total Quality Management),the author proposes the teaching evaluation mechanism that is student ability-oriented and student-involved.The author further points out that teaching level cannot be improved without a supporting system.The valid evaluation model could be constructed by the optimization of the index with the ant colony algorithm. |
