基于供应链的水产品物流评价指标体系构建

水产品“鲜活”的消费特征决定了其物流的特殊性和独立性，也决定了构建水产品物流评价指标体系的必要性。本文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上，结合基于供应链的水产品物流特征，以评价指标体系的原则为基础，从水产品物流发展的经济效益、技术水平、外部环境以及内部流程四个方面设置四个一级指标，16个二级指标以及47个三级指标，组成水产品物流评价指标体系，根据指标设置的层次关系，提出该指标体系的分析方法，以期对供应链管理的水产品物流发展水平做出正确评价。

Construction of Aquatic Product Logistic Index Evaluation Based on Supply Link

It is＂fresh and alive＂ , that determines the logistic peculiarity and individuality of aquatic products and makes it necessary to construct a corresponding evaluating index system. On the basis of previous findings, in consideration of the trait of aquatic products in connection with their supply link, and based on the principle for evaluation index, the paper sets up, as the evaluating index system, four primary indices, 16 secondary indices and 47 tertiary indices in terms of economic benefit, technology, external environment and internal flow, with the hope of making a correct evaluation through different levels of indices.
