| Abstract: | According to the connotation of the SEEIA （Social--Economic and Environmental Impact Assessment） of transportation construction projects, this paper establishes the corresponding index system in which social environment, economic environment, aesthetical and historical environment are taken into consideration. It also explores the index expressions and estimation methods. |
