| 摘 要： | 大学生的人格塑造是高校学生工作的重要内容，辅导员作为高校学生工作队伍的主体部分，其人格魅力在大学生人格塑造中的地位是很突出的，它是一种综合影响力，具有非强制性、广泛性和持久性等特点。在学生工作中能够起到树立威信、和谐师生关系等作用，并对大学生的发展产生一定的约束力、追随力和推动力。因此，辅导员不但要树立牢固的敬业思想，还要积极加强业务理论学习、努力提高自身修养、增强解决实际问题的能力，逐步提升个人的人格魅力。
