| 摘 要： | 随着决策问题的不同，参与决策的人员的数量、参与程度、在决策中所扮演的角色是各不相同的，并因此而形成不同的决策方式。决策方式选择的合适与否，在很大程度上决定决策绩效。本文研究和讨论了如何根据具体的决策问题运用层次分析法选择与其相适应的决策方式。

| Abstract: | As long as the problems for decision are different. The decision participant's quantity, the participating degree and the roles they impersonate are different. Whether the decision manner is suitable decides the decision performance to a large extent. This paper studies and discusses how to use the Analysis Hierarchy Process to select the suitable decision manner according to the specific decision problems. |
