摘    要:文章通过对美国明尼阿波利斯技术学院的教学和课堂组织特色的介绍,对比分析了中关两国在教学风格、考核方式、教学大纲和教学计划及教材使用等方面的特点和存在的差异,提出了我国英语教学中值得改进的方面。

Abstract:Based on a brief introduction to the classroom teaching of Minneapolis Community and Technical College in America, this paper compares the characteristics of the teaching styles, the evaluation methods, the syllabuses and the teaching materials in the two higher education institutions, analyzes the differences between them, and then puts forward the measures for improving English teaching in China.
