中国房地产价格上涨的内生机制研究

摘    要:从房地产价格内在运行特性入手,分析房地产价格形成的利益主体的价值取向,剖析房地产价格上涨的内生循环机制,在此基础上提出加大国家宏观调控力度,必须从切断房地产价格上涨链条着手。

Abstract:From the interior characteristics of the price of real estate,the paper analyzes the value orientation of benefit holders influenced by the prices of real estate,and the endogenesis recycling system of price increasing is discussed.Based on this,the author proposes that in order to strengthen macroeconomic control of government,it is necessary to take the price increase of real estate under control.
