| Abstract: | From the interior characteristics of the price of real estate,the paper analyzes the value orientation of benefit holders influenced by the prices of real estate,and the endogenesis recycling system of price increasing is discussed.Based on this,the author proposes that in order to strengthen macroeconomic control of government,it is necessary to take the price increase of real estate under control. |
