| 摘 要： | Ever since outbreak of the current financial crisis in September 2008, economies in world＇s major countries and regions have been dealt with a heavy blow. According to the forecast made by the International Labor Orga-nization （ILO）, total number of the unemployed in the world shall increase to 210 million with the unemployment rate rising by 6.5% to 7.1%. All these forebode a rather gloomy prospect for employment worldwide.

| Abstract: | Ever since outbreak of the current financial crisis in September 2008, economies in world's major countries and regions have been dealt with a heavy blow. According to the forecast made by the International Labor Organization (ILO), total number of the unemployed in the world shall increase to 210 million with the unemployment rate rising by 6.5% to 7.1%. All these forebode a rather gloomy prospect for employment worldwide. In the meanwhile, global trade and forcign direct investment is by no means positive. The World Bank, the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) predict that global trade volume in 2009 shall decline by 6.1%, 9%, 11% and 13.2% respectively. |
