摘    要:研究目的:评估玉树地震对震区自然生态系统的影响,提出灾后重建土地利用规划工作建议。研究方法:卫星遥感测量,地理信息系统和社会调查。研究结果:灾区自然生态系统具有生态功能价值高、结构封闭和不易恢复3个基本特征;此次地震明显影响了区域高价值的自然生态系统,其中,草地生态系统损失最为严重。研究结论:灾后玉树地区的土地利用规划应坚持"生态先行",在充分考虑灾区生态承载力基础上,优化土地利用结构和布局,并注意与生态移民、特色产业发展、城乡一体化进程和历史文化遗产保护的有机结合。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impacts of the earthquake on the natural ecosystems in Yushu, i.e., the quake-stricken area, so as to bring forward recommendations for the post-disaster land use planning. Methods employed include satellite remote sensing measurement, geographical information system and social survey. The results indicate:(1)there are three basic features within the natural ecosystems of quake-stricken area, including high eco-functional values, closed structure and difficult to be restored;(2)the natural ecosystems with high regional values had been obviously influenced by the earthquake, among which the most damaged is the grassland ecosystem. It is concluded that:(1)the post-disaster land use planning in Yushu should insist on the rule of “Ecology First”;(2)land use structure and arrangement should be optimized basing on full consideration of ecological carrying capacity of quake-stricken area, meanwhile it is also based on the proper integration of ecological migration, development of local specific industries, coordination of urban and rural areas, and protection of historical and cultural heritage.
