| 摘 要： | 绩效是企业赖以生存和发展的源泉,是企业追逐的最终目标。企业绩效研究已经成为学术界和企业界关注的热点问题。当前,在企业绩效评价和管理方法上仍然存在诸多问题,如何在实践中克服这些弊端,这就需要建立一种新的绩效评价标准体系,即企业结构绩效评价体系。

| Abstract: | The achivement is the source of the existence and development of any enterprises.It is also the ultimate goal that the enterprises run after.The study on the enterprise achievement has become a hot issue concerned by the aca- demic and business circles.Presently there are many problems in the enterprise achievement evaluation and manage- ment methods.There is a great need for establishing a new achievement valuation standard system to overcome these drawbacks in practice,that is,the enterprise structure achievement evaluates system. |
