山东省农村富余劳动力转移问题研究

农村富余劳动力的转移既是新世纪中国经济社会发展中的重大战略问题，也是非常紧迫的现实性问题。山东省作为一个农业大省，形势尤为严峻。本文立足于山东省实际，结合实际数据，客观综述了山东省农村富余劳动力转移的现状，分析了制约山东省农村富余劳动力转移的各种因素，并提出了相应的对策建议。

Study on the Divergence of Rural Area Surplus Labor Force of Shandong Province

The diversion of the surplus labor force from rural to urban areas is not only a strategic matter for the economic and social development of China in the new era, it is also a pressingly existing matter. Since Shandong is a big agricultural province, this matter is even pressing. This paper, by applying real data, gives an objective overview of the present situation in Shandong province of the divergence of rural area surplus labor force, and analyzes the factors confining the divergence. The paper finally puts forward some suggestions accordingly.
