天津市科技创新引领经济发展现状与对策研究

天津市加快实施创新驱动发展战略,加快构筑现代产业支撑体系,科技创新能力和水平得到进一步提升,科技支撑引领经济发展的作用进一步增强,但在发展中仍存在诸多问题急需解决,从进一步提升科技创新能力、推进产业结构调整、支持中小和民营企业发展、完善创新创业环境、推进区域经济协同发展等方面提出了对策建议。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasure of Tianjin Science and Technology Innovation Leading Economic Development

Tianjin speeds up the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and accelerates the construction of modern industrial support system.The ability and level of scientific and technological innovation have been further enhanced, and the role of scientific and technological support in leading economic development has been further enhanced. However, there are still many problems to be solved urgently in the process of development. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of further enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises, improving the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship, and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy.
