“一带一路”倡议下新疆优势产业选择研究

连接东亚与欧亚纽带的新疆,在"一带一路"倡议下成为中国向西开放的门户。选择和发展优势产业对促进新疆产业升级、提高对外经济发展水平,以及维护新疆社会稳定和长治久安的总目标具有重大意义。通过因子分析法对新疆工业中29个行业进行分析,筛选出2006—2016年间的优势产业,研究发现新疆优势产业由粗放型向精密型的制造业带动;由高污染、高耗能向中等污染、中等耗能方向发展,在绿色发展理念的指引下新疆优势产业取得了重大的进步。

Study on the Selection of Advantageous Industries in Xinjiang under the "One Belt and One Road" Initiative

Xinjiang, linking East Asia and Eurasia, has become a gateway to China''s opening to the West under the initiative of "one belt and one road". Choosing and developing superior industries is of great significance to promote industrial upgrading, improve the level of foreign economic development, and maintain social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang. Through factor analysis, 29 industries in Xinjiang industry were analyzed, and the superior industries in 2006-2016 were selected. The research found that the superior industries in Xinjiang were driven by extensive manufacturing industry to precision manufacturing industry, and developed from high pollution, high energy consumption to medium pollution and energy consumption. Under the guidance of the concept of green development, the superior industries in Xinjiang have made significant progress.
