摘    要:目前,我国面临经济增速换挡期,提升科技成果转化能力对经济提质增效起到重要作用。从创新能力、支撑能力、转化效果三个维度构建科技成果转化能力评价体系。基于FAHP-Entropy综合权重构建模型,计算得出科技成果转化能力指数。研究表明,2012-2016年绵阳市科技成果转化能力显著提升,其中支撑能力增速明显,而创新能力和转化效果仍有上升空间。未来绵阳应在保持支撑能力优势建设的基础上,积极引导企业加大科研投入,同时构建完善的产业化环境。

Study of Evaluating Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Capability Based on the FAHP-Entropy Comprehensive Weight
Abstract:China is facing a shift period of economic growth. Improving the transformation capability of scientific and technological achievements plays an important role in enhancing quality and efficiency of economy. This paper constructs the evaluation system of the transformation capability of scientific and technological achievements from three dimensions of innovation capability, supporting capability and transformation effect. Based on the FAHP-Entropy comprehensive weight, the model, which is used to compute the transformation capability index of scientific and technological achievements, is built. The research shows that the transformation capability of scientific and technological achievements in Mianyang has notably improved during 2012-2016 years. The supporting capability has made a significant growth, while there is still room for improvement in innovation capability and transformation effect. Thus, besides supporting capability should keep the edge, the enterprises should increase R&D input and the level of industrialization should be optimized.
