| 摘 要： | 论文运用模糊数学方法，建立了评价模型，综合分析通过问卷调查和专家座谈等形式获取的资料，并采用专家打分法确定了评级模型所需的权重值，对山东省渔港多元化发展现状进行了研究。研究结果表明，山东省渔港功能多元化发展情况不理想，从渔业生产基础功能、二三产业拓展功能、渔区经济带动功能等三个一级指标看，评级为“一般”以下的隶属度均高于50％。同时，研究还表明，山东省渔港在渔区经济带动功能和渔业生产基础功能较强，二三产业的拓展功能较弱。

| Abstract: | By establishing some evaluation model, this paper uses fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate the function diversification developing level of fishing port in Shandong, based on the data obtained through questionnaires and expert seminars. Delphi method is used to determine the weights required in this paper. The result shows that function diversification developing level is not ideal in Shandong Province. In the function involving fishery production, secondary and tertiary industries expanding, and fishing areas economic driven, the rate below the ＂average＂ is greater than 50%. The study also shows that fishing areas economic driven function and fishery production function are more powerful, while, secondary and tertiary industries expand function is weak. |
