上海市港城系统协调发展水平研究

论文运用主成分分析和回归分析相结合的方法,建立上海港城系统协调发展的评价指标体系,并借助隶属函数协调度模型评价上海市港城系统的协调发展状况.研究表明：20年来上海市港城间总体保持着优质的协调关系,但不同时期会有波动;目前港城发展脱离趋势凸显,上海城市正处于“脱港而强”的发展阶段;面对未来,应积极抓住自贸区的发展契机,促进港城协调,最终实现“带港共荣”.

Study on the coordinated development level of port and city system in Shanghai

This paper evaluates the coordination degree of port-city system in Shanghai by building up a set of index system of port-city system, applying the evaluation method combining principal component analysis with regression analysis, and constructing the membership functions of fuzzy mathematics model. The results show that： Shanghai possesses high quality coordinated relationship between port and city during 20 years, but it fluctuated in different periods. Now Port and city are increasingly isolating from each other, and Shanghai is in the stage named ＂the isolation from port brings the prosperity of the city＂. To promote the coordinated development and achieve common prosperity of port and city in Shanghai, we should seize the opportunity of FTZ actively.
