浙江省海洋产业结构优化研究

论文运用产业结构变动速度K值法、Moore结构变化指标法和产业结构区位商分析法分析了浙江省主要海洋产业的变动情况，并提出了海洋产业结构优化的路径。研究结果表明：浙江省海洋产业结构正在逐步趋于合理，但目前仍存在产业结构内涵层次较低、海洋产业部门发展有失平衡、海洋产业管理不够科学、人才培养与科技创新动力不足、海洋经济与其他省市存在差距等不足之处；浙江省应重点发展和扶持海洋工程、海洋船舶、海洋生物、海洋旅游、海洋运输等优势产业，提升海洋产业竞争力，优化海洋产业结构，推动海洋产业协调发展。

Marine industrial structure optimization of Zhejiang province

Marine economy and Marine industry have become the major force of the development of global economy. The paper uses the K value analysis of industry structure changing speed, Moore Index of structural change and industrial structure analysis based on Location Quotient, analyses the changes of the main Marine industry in Zhejiang province and proposes optimization path for Marine industrial structure. The research results show that the Marine industrial structure of Zhejiang province is gradually tend to be more reasonable. But at present, Marine industry in Zhejiang still has the issues that low level of the structural connotation, the imbalance between Marine industrial sectors, the weakness of Marine industry management, talent training and technological innovation and the gap between Zhejiang and other province in Marine economy. Zhejiang province should focus on developing and supporting the advantage industries such as Marine engineering, Marine vessels, Marine biology, Marine tourism and Marine transportation, boost Marine industry competitiveness, optimize the structure of Marine industry, promote the harmonious development of Marine industry.
