| 摘 要： | 大多数研究文献都将TBT译为“技术性贸易壁垒”,“壁垒”一词容易使人产生歧义。本文献综述时,使用“技术性贸易障碍”提法,包括“技术性贸易措施”和“技术性贸易壁垒”两个层面,TBT不等于“技术性贸易壁垒”。

| Abstract: | TBT was often translated as "technical bulwarks to trade"by most of the study materials."A bulwark"frequently has different meanings from different people easily.To summarize all kinds of materials,the "technical barriers to trade"was used by the article,and it has two special meanings,named,"technical measures to trade",and "technical bulwarks to trade",it does not follow that TBT and the "technical bulwarks to trade" have the same meanings in practice. |
